Harnessing artificial intelligence is a hot and contentious topic, however during the early stages of Midjourney Ai's release I felt compelled to explore the tools available to me as an artist to see how I could bring ideas to life. That isn't to say that these works even feel original to me, however in exposing the possibilities and limitations of the tool I've better understood the potential applications while creating some visually compelling imagery that often time fall in the realm of believable that I would describe as non-photos.
Once I was able to get a solid grip on some Ai tools, I began combining until I realized a workflow utilizing multiple programs as well as manual processes in photoshop and Lightroom to achieve the desired quality.
